1. Travel & Visas

• Participants are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, including visas.

• Mickael Rivière is not liable for flight, transfer, accommodation, or travel-related costs.

• Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.

2. Health & Participation

• Participants confirm they are in good physical and mental health.

• Relevant medical conditions or medications must be disclosed.

• Mickael Rivière is not liable for injuries or illnesses, but reasonable assistance and referrals will be provided.

• Participation may be suspended or terminated if health or safety is at risk.

3. Conduct & Behaviour

• Respect staff, participants, local communities, and facilities.

• Zero tolerance for illegal drugs or substances.

• Misconduct or failure to comply with rules may result in removal without refund.

4. Media & Documentation

• Participants consent to photos, video, and audio recordings.

• Mickael Rivière retains full rights to use and distribute these materials for promotional, archival, and business purposes.

5. Data Protection

• Personal data will be handled in compliance with UK GDPR and other applicable laws.

• Data will be collected only for legitimate purposes, retained as necessary, and not shared with third parties.

• Data will be securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

• Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

India-Intensive Addendum (Goa)

• Participants must comply with local laws and safety regulations.

• Valid tourist visas are mandatory. Mickael Rivière is not responsible for visa refusals, travel delays, or local restrictions.

• Travel/medical insurance valid in India is strongly recommended.

• Emergency medical care will be provided where possible, but Mickael Rivière is not liable for accidents, illness, or natural disasters.
