London’s first edition and UK qualifier for “The Colab” in France (part of Who Got the Flower ?! Festival).

Now in its 3rd year running, KRE8! was founded by Marso Riviere with the support of Birmingham Hippodrome and is one of the highlights of the annual B-Side Hip Hop Festival.

Borrowing from Hip Hop culture’s competitions’ format, KRE8! is a creative dance battle contest, a live lab, set as a 2vs2 Bonnie and Clyde.*

All styles of dance are welcomed… The question is what do you have to say? Can you step out of your comfort zone? Push the limitations of a specific style of movement through experimentation?

3 experienced judges of various backgrounds including Hip Hop, Theatre/Contemporary dance and producing will vote for the winning pair, who will receive a £400 cash prize.
